Descriptif du poste responsable business development senior h/f

You report to the Managing Director and works with the Business Development Representative. You take charge of the sales development of the company, in particular toward international clients, as well as strategic accounts. You ensure the prospection of new customers. You take part in conventions and targeted events. Finally, you manage commercial offers and contract negotiations. Also, you act as a liaison between the clients and the customers success managers and monitor the progress of POCs. You also ensure the conversion into annual subscriptions and manage the renewal and upselling of contracts. Finally, you participate in the product and service strategy and define the countries to target. Then you choose the right distribution strategies.
Profil recherché
De formation supérieure en Commerce, vous avez une expérience similaire réussie en business development dans la vente de services numériques aux entreprises dans un environnement international. Vous avez une connaissance parfaite de l'écosystème start-up et scale-up. Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais (langue de travail de l'entreprise). Vous êtes passionné par le secteur du numérique et vous avez une appétence pour l'innovation, la data et la business intelligence. Bon communicant, vous savez travailler en équipe, en mode collaboratif. Vous êtes autonome, proactif, dynamique et conquérant.
With a higher education in Business, Business Development, or Sales (master degree), you have a similar successful experience in developing B2B sales of digital services in an international environment. Ideally, you have work experience abroad. You have a good knowledge of the start-up and scale-up ecosystems. You also have full English proficiency (working language of the company). You are passionate about the digital sector and have an interest in the topics of data, innovation, and business intelligence. Good communicator, you know how to work in a team, in collaborative manner. Also, you are autonomous, eager to get things moving, energic and have a winning spirit.
